The main function of this position is to co-ordinate all production elements involved in a client mailing from order through to delivery to Canada Post or the USPS.
The individual is responsible for development of the account and relationship with the client.
The role of this individual is to be extremely pro-active to ensure the company is providing the highest level of customer service to its clients.
Responsible for planning, organizing and executing client mailings accurately and on time.
To oversee and lead each step – data, laser, production and delivery to Canada Post / USPS
The ideal candidate should have the following background or qualifications:
- Direct Marketing / Mail knowledge a necessity.
- Knowledge of Canada Post and United States Postal Service processes and regulations.
- Strong oral, written and computer (e-mail) communication skills
- Must be extremely well organized.
- Ability to prioritize, manage their time and multi-task
- High degree of confidence / maturity in a business sense.
- Must be a good listener and sound decision maker.
- Ability to work as a team member.
